I used mine for the first time yesterday (it was just delivered yesterday morning at 11 am). I had some trouble getting the low temp, but it also seems I used too much charcoal.

My brother BBQed up some great ribeye steaks, so good that is all we had (+ mushrooms) for a late lunch.

I just had a bowl of cubed watermelon to cap off the evening

With the money that people on these boards spend on cards I would have expected more Tina's Burritos to be consumed for dinner.

BTW I had warmed up Virginia BBQ for Dinner.

Yesterday for dinner I had a Daily Double Meal, Medium, No salt fries with a medium sprite with a cup of Spicy Buffalo sauce on the side. Tonight is Pasta night where I cook pasta with meat sauce for my Dad. My mom is gluten free so she can't eat it, she makes whatever when she gets home from work.

Tonight, I am making grilled sausage sandwiches with sautéed onions and sweet peppers. I havent decided on what the sides will be but probably corn on the cob and baked beans. I am contemplating grilling every night this week.

Nice, I love grilled sausage (NO JOKES PLEASE!). Sometimes I make pasta with grilled sweet sausage instead of hamburg. Its delicious. Takes extra time and patience, but its well worth it!

I love doing that, too! Like you said, it is a lot of work so I only do it 3 to 4 times a year. I got mushrooms for tonight as well.

I was thinking of having a best friend for dinner. Some liver and fava beans. With a nice glass of chianti.

Tonight im having a big salad

Ive been eating salads everyday this week. Instead of just lettuce you should try kale. Also if you add sliced up avocados that makes it better. Instead of dressing make a spicy mango salsa. It sounds too healthy but its so good.

I also pany fry ground turkey and sausage meat (opened casing) and make a ground meat salad. I add a lot of meat so that makes it a delicious and healthy meal for me.

Im having that + stuffed mushrooms + small piece of cream cheese bread
