1 its 2 months after the fact you can only leave feedback for up around 60 days
2 you can only open a dispute upto 45 days in paypal
3 you mention the "defect" in the listing
4 do you have proof of delivery... To avoid chargeback (seller protection)

exactly how long has it been? after 45 days he can not open a claim against you. After 60 days he can not leave you feedback. The only recourse he really has is filing a chargeback with his CC company IF and that is a big IF he paid with his CC through paypal.

update - his response

"It says card is NM-MINT condition. Thats as far as i read.Later on... for some reason, yes i see you say it has a crease. Any card with a crease, especially one this bad, can't be in NM-MINT condition. Why would you say card is in NM-MINT condition if it has a crease ? As a buyer bidding on your item, i see NM-MINT condition first, boom - thats it. I want the card, NM-MINT condition is totally acceptable, i stop reading.I can either send the card back for a full refund or i would accept a partial refund of $12.00. Let me know, thats my idea on the situation."

I sold him a card a couple months ago--Emmanuel Sanders NT RPA. Didn't have any issues with him on that deal.

Lol could be early yet this one was from over 2 months ago...unbelievable tell him to have a nice day and move on. He has no recourse at this point and you pointed out the defect. Also don't put Nm-mt on a card that is not.

My response to bidder would be something along the lines of....

"So the card is exactly how I described it in the auction and you contact me 2 months later trying to extort almost a 40% refund? For the hope of the world I pray you have no children. The world would be SO much better off without you. Please do what you can do to facilitate this."

"Please file anything you wish through ebay."

I guess "robbing peter to pay paul" is something youve never heard! It was a play on words!

Can you just accept this mistake and pay for it? I mean youve made others pay for your mistakes. Its time you pay it back. Its that simple. What goes around...comes around.

I condone all wrong doings. But I have no issues with criminals meeting their fate.

What you are saying is its okay for you to do wrong, apologize and its all good. But if someone does it to you its wrong? Explain?

You encourage taking peoples money and not fulfilling an agreement on a transaction. The difference is you are guilty of it. Im not.

This thread should be in the feedback portion of the site, not the off topic.
