Bale said if Nolan came back to do a 4th he would do it. If Nolan doesn't come back, I doubt Bale would unless they give him a blank check with a note "write the number you want"

i think the way to go is to pay Nolan and Bale whatever they want, cause Warner Brothers will make money with that combo. but I would be all for a JGL as a superhero if they wanted to continue the story. the fans want to see the Justice League eventually as the answer to Marvel's Avengers, and Batman is gonna play a huge part in that no matter what. so long as Superman is well received, and they get a solid Wonder Woman project, they can manage to fill in the rest.

1.) Is Bane dead?
2.) If he's not dead then what is he?
3.) If Bane is alive what is the deal with catwoman?
4.) If Bane is dead or alive is Batman dead?

1) Depends on your definition of death.
2) He's bad mother...shut yo' mouth...but I'm talkin' 'bout Bane.
3) She's bisexual.
4) See #1.

Loved it. The last hour was the best hour of a movie I've ever seen.

Can't believe no one's touched on Bale's "batman voice" yet, but other than that, I thought it was phenomenal. Great performances all around.

Dick Grayson wasn't in this film so that answers that question

They never said that Bane was actually dead from the shot....

I loved the movie. Anyone like the Killer Croc reference by JGL?

Yes, it was a good inside joke.

Please share why. I find that the people that didn't enjoy it were expecting something more based on the previous films. I personally enjoyed it because to me it built up well over the whole movie (albeit a big long getting towards the final battle) and I still believe the ending is one of the most satisfying to me since Shawshank Redemption. I just had to get over the notion that it wasn't gonna be as good as The Dark Knight.

Fitting end to the Trilogy. I enjoyed it. Had a hard time understanding Bane at times.

That is the only real criticism I have of the film. I think I missed out on about 5% of his dialogue.

The movie was great. Bane was alot better than i thought he was going to be, though I thought his character should have been a little bit funnier. The one thing that the trilogy always had a problem with was the ending of characters, not the movie, but characters. Bane's death was stupid, the other girl's death was stupid aswell. The ending was great though for once. Overall, it was the best out of the trilogy.

They HINT at him being alive, that would have been the smart thing for the future of the franchise...and then you see him in France with Catwoman and the Nod to Alfred.
Ironic that in a post about attention issues, you failed to realize that Florence is in Italy, NOT France.

I'm definitely part of the minority in saying that I think this was the best of the three, in my opinion. Sure, Hardy as Bane was nothing compared to Ledger as The Joker, but the character didn't have to be.

I loved the increased dialogue, the refinement of skill Bale has gone through from the first to the third (his work in The Fighter definitely showed in Rises), and the character development.

And to the Robin suspicion, didn't JGL tell the lady at the end that his real name was Robin?

We don't know that Bane is dead.

He sure did. I really wouldn't mind seeing a spin-off focused on that character.

I also thought it was the best of the three. I don't believe JGL is going to be Robin.
Robin's real name is Dick Grayson. If anything JGL will be the new Batman. Especially with the coversation earlier in the movie. Went something like Batman was not suppose to be a certain person, but an idea. It could be anyone representing the mask.

I don't see that happening unless Bale comes back as his mentor and trains him...he didn't seem to be much of a "fighter" at anytime during the movie. I could see him as Robin, since the name fits and how he helped Batman during that scene fight the bad guys...

I hope they consider bringing The Riddler into the next film....and cast DiCaprio, Carrey, or someone with some acting chops....
