I went to high school with Cory Chisel of Cory Chisel and the Wandering Songs (Cory Chisel and the Wandering Sons). I went to Appleton North High School, in Appleton, WI. He was one grade above me in school, was never really "friends" with him and didn't care for him in school since I thought he was mostly a d*ck. I don't really care for his music now, and he divorced the girl he married before he made it big, once he started getting bigger. Was just on Letterman the other night:

The most famous person I personally know is Lee Gardner. Former pitcher for the Florida Marlins. He lives in the same subdivision as the in-laws. He only pitched like 70 games in the pros before he got hurt and ended his career.

Great dude to drink with. He has some good stories about Miggy.

Ryan Sweeny's old ex GF use to drive me and my sister around to various activities during the summer, lol He gave me an autograph bat as well.

Justin Abdelkader, who plays on the Detroit Red Wings use to live next door to me and I remember playing football in my backyard with him and going to BWW. He also helped me on my math homework once, lol

I knew Mike Fisher well when he played here in Ottawa. He lived two houses down, and we were good pals. Most of you Americans will probably know Mike as Carrie Underwood's husband. I don't know Carrie too well, but my wife and I had dinner with them once, which was a real treat.

You know, you'd think them millionaires would pick up the check, but apparently not .

I know Ronald McDonald, I usually chat it up with him outside of McDonalds on the front bench. He doesn't say much but I know he's my friend or he wouldn't smile & listen for so many hours.

My cousin is the former Governor of Missouri.

I played Little League with Donne Wall, former MLB pitcher.

Good friends with a former soccer pro turned actor that starred in Green Street Hooligans 2 (really bad movie) and was Kendra Wilkinson's personal trainer on her reality show.

Friends with several current and former Houston Dynamo players.

if you ever run into him, ask him if the players despise hawk harrelson as much at the city of chicago does.

I played football with Justin Bannan in high school. He was drafted in the 5th round of the draft by the Bills back in 2002 and now plays for the Broncos. I would say 10+ years in the NFL is a pretty good career. He ended up marrying my co-worker's daughter and drops by my work from time to time.
