Is it just me or is the increasing number of member who don't take the time to type out a full word, use correct capitalization and punctuation really frustrating?

Don't get me wrong, I'll make the occasional typo. But it really irritates me when I either get a PM or read a post where there isn't a single word that is used properly or spelled out correctly. I'm not sure if this is pure laziness, or if it just shows how many young members we've acquired. I'm still a young guy, and I realize that texting is basically its own language, but I don't want to make a deal with someone who can't even make a respectable sentence.

There goes my rant, any opinions are greatly welcomed.

Having written for a newspaper, I break my posts down maybe too much. A lot of spelling errors may be made on this site...whether they are minor typos or how the poster actually thinks that is how it is spelled, unfortunately we do not know...

One of the words that drives me the craziest is "prolly".

The hard part for me is when I'm reading a post, I'm actually hearing the words in my head they way they are spelled. The worst one for me is "wat". Really? Wat? Please misspell it, "wut"...it's closer to the correct word phonetically and hurts my brain a little less.

Oh, and that dotted red line underneath the word you just typed...yeah, that means you spelled it incorrectly.

And in case anyone is interested, I have some cards for sell.
