Default This is why you should beable to slap certain people

So today my lovely wife wanted to go shopping at a local mall. Now there is nothing more i love to do in life than go shopping with my wife(sarcasm). So we get to the mall and my 20 month old son fell asleep in the car, so i tell my wife i'll stay in the car with him until he wakes up.. When he does i'll come in and find her. She goes into the mall and i turn on sports talk radio and relax. Well as im sitting there i notice a rather dirty looking man sitting on the sidewalk begging for change. the sign he had read something like "Out of work, unemployment ran out please help" People were giving him change left and right. After about an hour he stood up and started walking across the parking lot. Takes out his keys and climbs into a nice new BMW.

Just another fine member of the good old USA

That's why you don't give to the homeless. The fakers ruined it for the real homeless people.

Happens all the time. I remember watching dateline or 20/20 years ago and they had a person act homeless for one year like a normal job and the guy raked in 125k in cash over the year and averaged 2 meals a day.

I also had a guy ask me for change to buy a corndog at the store and I told him i'll put it on my credit card and then he said "no, I want the cash". After that he didn't get anything from me

About 5 or 6 years ago my buddy and I were leaving an Orioles game when a "homeless" guy hit us up for some money. Supposed homeless guy says "Can you spare any change?" My buddy had a bunch of quarters in his pockets from the copious amount of beers we had that night and he reaches down and jiggles his pocket so you can audibly hear all of the change. His reply" Yes, I can and you know why? Because I have a F%%%ing job!"

Who cares ?
Let him make his money. It allows people to feel they are "Helping" and feel good about themselves. The person to slap would be yourself if you kicked coins and then sat and saw the reality unfold
Me, i don't give them squat. I am the king of the #@#@#@#@#@#@#@s,period. Homeless walks towards me He will get the quick F*** off and stare down. So, you learn from this lesson and be one of those whom are not apart of the herd

Good ole' Baltimore for you haha! One night you give them a couple of bucks and the next morning you see them at the National buying up $300+dollar cards!

Never gave my money to any "homeless" people in that city, I guess some people just have more money than sense.

This reminds me of the scam they were pulling in my area a couple years back. People would come up to you at a gas station and tell you they ran out of gas and asked if you could give them a couple bucks to just get home. I had the guy approach me ask and I said I would put $5.00 in his tank but had to use my credit card but he had to show me his tank was on empty first. I asked him where is car was and he just walked away.

I think there was a news story on it years ago... a New York business man forgot his wallet and was trying to catch the train. Started asking people for change, and since he was in a nice suit, people didn't mind. After seeing how easy it was, he ended up quitting his 200k a year job and made more just walking around the subway.

A guy my dad use to give change to daily makes over a hundred grand a year begging, but it seems he works year-round, even on holidays and does nothing else except sleep. Has a house, and actually puts his kids through college with it.

Yep, this sh!t happens all the time. It's one of the reasons I don't have any sympathy for when I get asked if I have any spare change when I'm in center city. It's panhandling

Majority of the people begging are either a working guy with a family, house and a car or a drug addcit. Then the people that are actually homeless and having real sh!t times, get nothing. That's why I just donate my change to my office that eventually gets sent to non profits who help veterans.

Yeah, I simply don't give anything to panhandlers. It's impossible to tell the difference between those that truly need it and the crackheads/f*cks too lazy to get a job.

That's why I always make them do pushups or squat thrusts for my donation. Even if they are faking it, I got them to break a sweat.
