Whenever I post scans from my photobucket, I click on the direct link, than post that link in my thread I'm writing. They are always huge, and I don't know how to make them a more reasonable size...I'm kind of computer dumb, thanks for any help!!!

On photobucket.com go to Account Settings then Album Settings
Look at the choices below 'Links' and place a check next to 'IMG Thumb' This will provide you a link below each picture for a thumbnail image. I really wish everyone did this. Posts get ridiculously cluttered when people post fullsize images at all different dimensions. If someone wants to see the large scan, they still can, by clicking on the thumbnail. What does the image LINK look like from Photobucket?
When I post images from picasa, there is a bit of code near the end like this "s600"... that is actually the size in pixels. By habit, I change it to s500 within the link and it reduces the picture to fit... This one for example has 's523/prop4.jpg' at the end of the file name. ![]() If I change it so s500: ![]() Oh, and BTW... HE'S WATCHING YOU |
