if a guy says he doesn't combine shipping but sends you both items you won in 1 package costing less than the price of one of their shipping charges, I'm going to complain. that's not entitlement, that's somebody screwing me over. i understand slightly overcharging (i.e. costs you 1.65 with postage/DC but charging 1.99-2.99 depending upon if you have your own bubble mailers etc.), but to refuse to combine shipping for an added .50 but still send everything in one package is just wrong.

it'd be like ordering two pizzas but getting charged the delivery charge twice. I'd better get two drivers if i'm paying 2-3 bucks for a delivery charge.

Let's start this off by saying i typically do Free Shipping or a flat $3.00 with no charge for additional cards.

But I have no problem with people charging $3.00 and a $1 or .25 for each additional item. As long as it is stated in the auction, you are agreeing to those terms when you bid on an item. So people who threaten to ding DSRs if they don't get a shipping refund are giant douches because they agreed to the terms. You shouldn't even be able to rate the actual shipping charge since you agreed to it when you bid. And the people who complain about combined shipping are probably the same buyers who wait until the last day of a NPB case to pay and then expect the item to be shipped the next day since the auction says 1 day handling.

Agree with the OP 100%. If cards arrive safely and they charge what was stated in the auction, then I'm 100% happy with my purchase.

Great idea! Just make sure you chare him $2.25 extra because you had to "HANDLE" the possum. Everyone has to handle thier cards. Are they going to jump in the package on there own? As soon as I see anywhere in someones thread or auctions that they expect me to pay for thier "time" they go on ignore or block instantly. But thats just me. Every single person on Ebay uses thier time to list things. Only creeps and money grubbers try to profit form it.
