Default 2012 Nike NFL Fake Jerseys

Ok by now we all know that fake jerseys, especially NFL ones, are readily available. I knew it was a matter of time before one of my friends with a "connection" approached me with the offer to get cheap 2012 Nike jerseys that were "legit." Finally happened the other day. Thing is, I honestly CANNOT find one thing about the jersey thats off. The NFL shield is rubber, all the stitching is in good order, the lettering is flat, crisp, and thick, fonts are correct, coloring is correct, even the tags appear completely legit. Either counterfeiters are getting REALLY, REALLY good, or I might have actually found someone with a connection. I found this website and the ones I was offered would pass ALL those tests for the real one.

Real Vs Fake - 2012 Nike Elite Jersey Comparison

Has anyone seen truly fake jerseys with the rubberized shield and such? I'm really baffled. I've made it a game to pick apart all the reasons why my friends jerseys are fake.

I know alot about replica jerseys, shoes and sunglasses and replicas are starting to get better and better. Everyday that goes by is the better the fake/replica stuff gets.

Why? Because they can afford to buy the nicer jersey? Fake jerseys look like complete crap in person.

That's funny, because I laugh at all the people at Ravens games with blue-ish looking fake jerseys. I'll keep my official jersey, thanks.

I personally always prefer the real deal & will pay the extra money for one. If that makes me a sucker than so be it, but at least I'll be wearing the real deal.

As a person that sells some authentic jersey's I appreciate guys like you lol...its always frustrating when I lose a customer to someone that is selling fakes because their price is cheaper.

There's good fakes out there and most aren't fake if their coming from the same sweatshop factories as the overpriced real ones. I also wouldn't make fun of someone wearing a fake because maybe that's what they can afford, same as someone who has money that can afford a real one. I personally wouldn't drop a few hundred on mesh of my favorite man

Most I see look pretty decent and go for about $40. I would never buy a fake from a reseller, those people price them around 80-100.

The problem with the Chinese Jerseys is the consistency. You never know what you are going to get even if you reorder the exact same jersey.

I bought a Jason Pierre-Paul Nike jersey from readycheers.com and the tag on it said "copyright 2008." But the jerseys from that website are very close to authentic. I've seen several crappy knock-offs but this site actually has good ones.

exactly. It's naive to say you've never seen a good one, unless you've only seen a few. Ive got a few baseball ones and they look identical except maybe a extra stitch or loose stitch. I paid like $18 for the same authentic jersey that someone else paid 200.

Hell you can make your own authentic jerseys, they sell pretty much everything you need in kits

The same with Vikings Games! I laugh my ass off every time someone walks by thinking the vikings colors are blue and gold.

I'm starting to wonder if the Saints Jersey I got for Christmas from my parents is legit. No way they spent $200 on an article of clothing for me.

But then I look at my Jimmy Graham jersey I bought from the Saints shop and I find that one does look like a fake. The gold is almost a bronze color.

Bleh.

Often unlicensed products are made in the same factory on the same machines as the licensed products, only the brand holder gets shafted when the manufacturer sells unlicensed product. Some companies knowingly allow their sale and do receive royalties. The business is shadier than you think, often completely authorized by brand management, who defraud company shareholders.

If you think they are the same, you haven't seen a fake jersey up close.
