Default Changing ebay user ID, does it hurt sales?

I am somewhat getting away from selling sports cards and selling gaming cards and I want to change my ebay username to reflect the change, may not necessarily change it to something gaming related, but maybe something more in general with cards. Would changing the name put up any red flags even though I have a 100% rating and my DSR's are all 5.0?

I did it about a year ago and can't say it hurt.

Good to know, thanks. I just need to come up with something somewhat unique.

One thing you may want to do if your still going to be selling some cards is message your best customers and advise them of the change.

You can also create a 'ME' page and mention your product shift.

Thanks for the comments. Great ideas. I am thinking of creating an ebay store anyway so I will be sure to include all of that info in the Me page along with on my store. Thanks again.

No, when I branded all my stuff to frozenntimesports I didn't notice a change.
