I'd love it if a card company would do a set for SOA, I'd probably only buy one or two boxes for fun and then just save the money and get singles.

Honestly, I think his psc stuff is 40 or 60 a card...he doesnt take em very often but when he does, he knocks em outta the park IMO.

How long does the guard last once they are out? My guess is possibly near the end of the episode

He won't last very long I'm guessing, but then again, Sutter has dragged some storylines out across many more episodes than I thought at first. But because of the impact of Opie's death on Jax, I'm guessing he'll get it out of the way pretty quickly.

I think tonight's and next weeks episodes will be primarily to push the storyline without a lot of action because of the abundance of it during the first and third episode, need to calm things down a bit to set up for a crazy second half of the season

I predict him being a side-line to the story. He DOES have Pope's interests at heart and killing him would be too obvious

he will die, just not soon

The episode went as I thought it would

If you slow down the preview for next week you get that awesome feeling when you see one scene...well I did at least

Of course my DVR said it was recording, but when I went to watch it an hour ago it wasn't actually recording even though the red light was on, UGHHHHH

So like last week, posting this from the first page, need to wait for the repeat at 1:15 now, stupid DVR.

But I wanted to make one last prediction that I really hope happens, if they kill the guard tonight, Jax kills him with a metal pipe just like how Opie went out.

Killing off Opie was a major mistake IMO. He was the heart of this show, and his death makes the show less interesting. Just like killing a major character off in Boardwalk Empire was (I won't spoil it for those who haven't watched)...shock value deaths just don't do it for me. They did it on Lost, BSG, and many other shows and it's always a mistake. Sorry to rant but Opies death after everything that happened in his story just angers me.

are you talking about the fight scene?

Very interesting who he was fighting with, not really sure how that would come about and what could come from it, but I'm looking forward. Probably will disappoint though as they've shown Jax fighting someone similar in a preview before and it turned out to be nothing, don't want to ruin it for anyone who hasn't seen it.

Except the part where you thought the guard would be dead by the end of the episode

He is in it for the entire season or near enough of it would be my guess.
He will be a source of information and as Jax moves closer and closer to becoming what Clay had.
I am sure there will be references over the next few episodes about Walk a mile in my shoes or see, it isn't what you thought,blah,blah

Nero will break his promise over love and Jax will be in that position of club politics or his mother

If you read why he was killed you may understand the direction and how it will apply to character development

NOONE could have died in this show,but Opie, to give the emotional side and growth that the director was going for, period.

A good decision ? Who knows,but for the character, he was spot on with Opie dying.
