And any feedback is awesome and appreciated as well, whether by responding to the post or by hitting the like buttons anywhere on the page itself or any of the specific tracks.. It all means a lot to me. The site is www.BeatsForAnyone.com , the concept of the site is mine, and any piece of music you see Matthew Higbie next to is mine. Also if you are or know any musicians then don't be shy to share my site with someone or to spend some time exploring the variety of genres available on there. Thanks.
P.S If you have a similar favor you need, I will certainly oblige to visiting your site or giving you feedback on your concepts, etc. Just ask.

Love the track display and playback interface, nice and clean and sensible.
Some ideas: 1: How many tracks total do you have? Looks like 21? You need 50 items to get people to really explore your site. More than 50, better. 2: How many tracks can you add in a week? In a month? People who find new content on a repeat visit are more likely to come back again and again. Most people who visit a site the second time and see no new content will never return. 3: Counter to the playback interface, the site itself looks cheap. In particular, the flat blue background, the very plain font used as the subtitle, and the stock design for the main page itself, looks like a basic template. It doesn't need a lot of work. A few smart decisions can change this from looking 'home made' to looking professional. |
