If you go to your auction on the left hand side there is a list of options. There is one Resolve a problem, click it. The only option you have now is " I sold an item and want to cancel the transaction".

Never been that far so don't know what it tells you after that point.

you can't cancel auction unless the buyer agrees. If you hit the cancel auction its sends an email to the buyer to accept or decline the cancellation request.

This guy is FoS there is no way he intends to pay he has racked up $7K in 1 week and 0 feedback. Who the hell would bid this many times being new to ebay. Just relist file claim to get back the fee's though.

you have a small chance. I have a "buying id" with ebay for only more expensive purchases and only buying no selling.

Yeah, sent a Second Chance offer to the next highest bidder($4,000)

He emailed me last night stating that he had bought some high-end stuff since the auction ended, and asked if it were okay if he paid at the beginning of next week...if so, he'd hit the BIN.

I said that's fine, and I appreciated him asking me first, before he just went ahead and hit the BIN.

He hit the BIN, now I'll wait til early next week to see my loot.

And in 36 hrs I file my Unpaid Item Dispute, and get my first round of fees credited to my account.

Actually, you only have the option to not allow bidders with a -1 rating or lower. So, 0 rated bidders may still bid. You can't block bidders with a rating of zero.

BTW, Grant...any update? Did you finally get paid?

Oops. Sorry. Never updated.

Sent a 2nd chance offer to the next highest bidder. He purchased and paid me my $4k within a week(said he bought other stuff since the auction ended, and asked if it were okay if he paid a little later)

Gave the 0 feedbacker an unpaid item strike, as more sellers did since he "spent" like 30k on ebay in a week.

Needless to say, he's no longer registered on ebay, and that card money went towards my kitchen remodel
