I definitely do not condone violence against women, but he was not going to resort to any violence until she started hitting him. He said it best If she's going to act like a man I will treat her like a man.

Maybe he went a little overboard but I dont think he should go to jail.

and it looked like the women "hit" the driver first. and for the amount of assaults, murders and just horrible crap I see involving bus drivers being assaulted by passengers, I don't blame the driver one damn bit.
