paypal tax forms?

anyone else get some sort of agreement notice for paypal tax forms? Just showed up when i logged in...not sure what it's all about or if everyone got it...i wasn't expecting any tax forms though

Yes, when I signed in had to click to agree. Ive hit the threshold to get a 1099, maybe you have as well?

whats the threshold? i usually just buy stuff.

if its the $20k and 200 transaction limit, i'm not even close to $20k
