I'm with the above people, I really hope it doesn't suck I want it to be 1000x more awesome than the first one.

Although it's worth noting an action movie that's badass and a good story don't always have to go together, if the story sucked it might still kick butt if Liam Neeson is doing work.

We laughed our way out of the theatre after the killer granpa crossface punched a guy to death then face squeezed a guy to death.... (movie hadn't ended...)
People followed us! I would say 20 percent of the people in there lmao.
Save your money wait for the dvd if you really need it in your life. Still not worth the dollar you will spend

it was not a great movie but it did leave off for taken 3 (which already has the green light) although I have a feeling they will make a great 3rd part (and hopfully the series ends) it is one of those ones if you like 3 you will need to own 2 on dvd just to have the collection. Luckily im friends with the manager of a local video store so I get all used dvd's for $5.00 off the shelf after a couple months and the dvd hype is down. I will pick it up for that unless there is some crazy deal for like $10.00 on blu ray with an extra disc full of special features.

It does not suck.
It is not as well written as the 1st movie
there is no "catch" phrase but it was very predictable from start to finish, as expected
there was some unrealistic parts as well
However, it was on par with looper IMO

I liked the first one... wanted to like this one. Alottof slap fighting and talking on the phone.

Idk to each their own and hopefully fans of the first will like it better than we did

This one was bad..
It looks like he hurts every time he has to move quickly and I did not believe he could swat a fly let alone kick some ass.
It was a bit like watching a baby getting kicked in the head when it first comes out of the vag canal...
Just... abnormal

Plus Maggie Grace looked really hot in this one!

I also miss $2 gas....

Its $6 per movie here, and thats full price, not matinee price. It helps living in a smaller town though. I believe its $7 or $8 if its a 3D movie

How exactly did it leave off for a Taken 3? I was trying to catch it when I saw the movie over the weekend.

Taken 2 wasn't all that bad IMO. Not worth the price of the tickets I bought but oh well.
