Default Citigroup CEO Vikram Pandit Abruptly Resigns...

I wonder what is going on here...it isn't about the compensation as he was paid about 137M back in '07 when he sold his Hedge Fund.

Is he sick? But how awesome would it be to be the CEO and just resign without reservation, and then the COO also resigns! Are they going to start up another fund together?

Will this hurt or help our Citi Stock??? The market has reacted thus far with only a 1% gain. Long term?

Where there is smoke, there is fire.

I'm certain we will never know the actual truth.

Wall Street keeps secrets better than the CIA.

A day after big earnings? I mean he was on the call yesterday and it was never brought up once. Shady as all hell.

I was on the conference call yesterday and he didn't say one blurb about anything regarding a possible departure. Who knows? A nice earnings though, so I didn't mind

Wonder what direction the new CEO will take Citi as Vikram didn't want to break up Citi and the Board wanted to, so we shall wait and see.
