I suggest everyone do what I did if you are actually in an accident like this.

I reported to my insurance company, I consulted with an attorney about my rights should I wake up in a week and can't feel my legs. I made sure the car was OK and chalked if up no "No harm. No File"

Personal Injury lawyers are a necessary evil as the do provide protection for people truly injured in accidents like this. I'm happy to say that after 3 days and during my 1st day back to work I am just a little fatigued and have some minor discomfort in the back of my neck and a headache.

Advil is wonderful and I expect to be back to pre accident state by Saturday or Sunday!

Sounds like you're trying to complete an assist... I think the subtlety seems to bounce pass some of these guys. The lane is pretty clear to take it to the hole but there seems to be a lot of turnovers.

Who knows? We all know he likes to be the center of attention. I am sure he thinks he has the key to victory in his hand already, so he might go for a full court press and double team the defendant with a couple of attorneys. Then again, he could surprise us all, turnover a new leaf, and this whole issue could just fade away.
