Exactly!!! All these bogus claims! smh

I suggest everyone do what I did if you are actually in an accident like this.

I reported to my insurance company, I consulted with an attorney about my rights should I wake up in a week and can't feel my legs. I made sure the car was OK and chalked if up no "No harm. No File"

Personal Injury lawyers are a necessary evil as the do provide protection for people truly injured in accidents like this. I'm happy to say that after 3 days and during my 1st day back to work I am just a little fatigued and have some minor discomfort in the back of my neck and a headache.

Advil is wonderful and I expect to be back to pre accident state by Saturday or Sunday!
Bumping OP's post so that the mouth breathers that are chastising him without thinking/reading might STFU and join in "the joke"...

Am I the only one who sees a disturbing trend here? I won't say what it is yet, but to some folks it should be fairly obvious.

Sounds like you're trying to complete an assist... I think the subtlety seems to bounce pass some of these guys. The lane is pretty clear to take it to the hole but there seems to be a lot of turnovers.

Could be some carpal tunnel mixed in there.

Who knows? We all know he likes to be the center of attention. I am sure he thinks he has the key to victory in his hand already, so he might go for a full court press and double team the defendant with a couple of attorneys. Then again, he could surprise us all, turnover a new leaf, and this whole issue could just fade away.

On top of that if you had AFLAC they would probably pay for the day you missed of work no questions asked. The fact you had to leave the scene of an accident totally not responsible either. You had a throw away camera right and took pictures before you drove off or pictures with your cell phone? Just sayin, another stupid thread. You have insurance call them and let them handle it, thats what its for.
+69. Throw some ice on your neck and take a sharpie to your fender. How much does a Saturn fender run? $35? Come on man. You're blogging and you were fine to leave the scene don't sue

$750K is not enough to serve justice to you. The driver of that car that caused this tragedy should receive the death penalty without question.

I hope you are getting as much symphathy sex from your wife as possible before you start feeling better. The summer my husband broke my ankle is probably the best of his life. (Next to spending time with our amazing children, of course) Tricked me into some pretty intresting things...
