Got a $2 Check in the Mail From an Advocacy Group...
Not gonna mention the name, but long story short, they go on this spiel about yes, the check is real, but how they hope you won't cash it, and will instead donate to their cause.
I'm not a marketing genius, and although I doubt the people they're sending these to are cashing the checks, how does the check provide incentive to donate to their cause instead of just flat out asking for the donation?
