What foods/drinks have you in the bathroom all day???

For me, I don't know why, but it's Nesquick Chocolate or Strawberry milk. I'm not lactose intolerant either but for some reason after every time I have either of those, it's brutal. But my dumba$$ does it anyway.

chicken made any way except grilled/bbq'd. Too much cheese or ice cream does it as well. Probably any dairy with a high fat content.

Salad, no joke. Don't know why when I eat way worse things that don't affect me at all. But sometimes a salad goes right through me.

Back in the day it was those "Detour" protein bars. I would hit the gym, force down one of those, then hit the sh*tter. We used to joke it was called Detour because it made a detour right out the arse.
