I've never 'in person' seen a frozen bird hit the hot oil, but I've heard about it.

I bet you can find a video online.

I have a oil-less fryer. Ive never tried it but sounds like I really should.

Heck yeah!

Get a small bird, throw some seasoning on it and relax.

It doesn't need the attention an oil setup would need for obvious reasons, plus the time spent cooking is not so long that you feel like you wait forever.

Next I'm gonna try some pork ribs.

You can get accessories as well.

Picked up a Char-Broil Oil-Less fryer at Lowe's yesterday. Gonna cook a Turkey in it on Tuesday. Have you ended up cooking anything else in yours and how did it turn out?
