My random thought for the day. The best movie monologue ever. I remembered the whole thing for drama class back in high school. This was in the age of VCR's so I had to pause and rewind each sentence, so I could write it down to memorize.

"Son we live in a world that has walls, and those walls have to be protected by men with guns. Who's going to do that, you, you Lt. Weinburg?"

"I have a greater responsibility than you could possibly fathom. You weap for Santiago, you curse the Marines, you have that luxury. The luxury of not knowing what I know, and that is that my existence while grotesque and incomprehensbile to you, saves lives"

"You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that wall, you NEED me on that wall. In the Corp we use the words honor, code, loyalty. We use these as the backbone of a lifetime spent defending something, you use them as a punchline."

"I have neither the time, nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the very blanket of freedom that I provide for him, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said thank you and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a weapon and stand apost"

"Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think you are entitled to!!!"

Working a half day tomorrow. Time to get all the Christmas decorations out of the shed. Our house ends up looking very Griswold , will work this weekend and Thanksgiving, black Friday, Saturday, Sunday getting all the crap up outside.

It is absurd really, but the kid loves it, her friends love it and really Christmas is the only holiday I enjoy. So it's worth all the work.

dang!!! nice. did well myself though i didn't win anything close to what you netted, lol.

went 3-0 tonight. we had some of the same plays, hit bills -2.5 and heat on the ml. also had a play on nova that was recommended by someone who is on fire in college hoops, and can't believe i won that, game had no right to go to ot.

7-1 on the week so far. should be 8-0 the lakers shoulda won against the spurs, but whatever can't complain.

hit me up tomorrow on pm with your leans and plays if you want, we can bounce some ideas off each other. gonna hit the sack for the night. later

My 4 month old wore my ass out today, so much so that I passed out in the middle of your quick sale and woke at 1 am to my iPad on my chest and a QS over.

Randomly falling asleep, spit up in your face and pasty poop diapers. Welcome to your new life my friend.

Now I'm sure i won't be able to fall back asleep in my bed, ugh.
