funny i should come home to a post about our day...
today was one of those days that reminds me of how i am. today was afterschool sports club last day for my 8 yr old, they have parents vs kids on last day, well since i was hurt a few years back, and use a wheelchair to get around, i couldnt play.. my 10 yr old played instead..we just got home from it a lil while ago... i drive and do all sorts of thing and havent let it stop me, and try to do alot , but sometimes(like today), i get that hard reminder. But its all good, my boys know i love em and im a good dad..and theres sooo many people worse off. this is in no way a sympathy post to get headphones, or anything, sympathy is the last thing i ever want or look for, its just the honest truth of today.

i wish i was able to do the type of giveaways that you do! really nice of you

Wow....again with a fnn bad a$$ gesture....

Life is good for me today....have a 4 year old son, a 4 mo old son and wife...so not much I can complain about that.

My biggest gripe is about work...and specifically the people who report to me. I am an Intensive Supervision Officer (ISO - fancy word for probation officer) and deal with some of the most disgusting, deceiving and downright horrible people in the planet. Dont get me wrong...there are several people who made bad decisions and are now paying for it, but there are waaaaaaay more who just continue the cycle of going in and out of prison and just continue to f their lives up.

Some of the people I work with are absolutely the laziest people you would ever meet and after trying to help them by giving them a bicycle so they can find work, giving them clothes.....and in some cases even food - its still not enough for some. Some of the people completely f their families up, could care less about their kids or anyone else for that matter......just sad to see.

Needless to say the S is starting to hit the fan with people because of the holidays and I have already had to put several people in custody.....which I HATE to do.

Haiku - you are one of the most giving people that I have never met....just wish more people in live would be like you and stop worrying about all the BS that goes on. Again cool idea and have a great holiday season......

My headphones are NOTHING like those. I have the crappy ones that come with the 'ILIVE' radio at USC games that don't fit in my ears. I guess I have funny ears.

This week has been quite the tough one. I have had non stop work all week and havent even had a chance to get packages out from last friday. Its the busiest week I have every had which could be a good thing if I get paid. In the mean while, I received your package and would like to thank you for the autograph your sent me. It is very appreciated.

Anyways, today I finally got some time off and played basketball with the squirts and had a great time.
