Finally hit a good squat workout tonight. Haven't been able to get back into powerlifting since my accident. It was a good day!

Thank you! Nowhere near 100 percent yet, but heading in the right direction! It's a long tough road. Just have to stay positive. It's easy to give in and give up.

Yeah I know what you mean. I hurt it last year and sucked it up for football season and that just made it worse. Just gotta build it up. Good luck with everything also!

This happened yesterday but I felt it was a story worth sharing here. Some of you guys from the 3000th post contest may remember.

My friend offered me some Pringles to me yesterday so I ate some. Realized they tasted like carboard and asked my friend what was wrong with them. He said "Nothing, they're low salt. They're healthy-ish." I slapped him. He got pissed but I felt it was justified. Chips should never be healthy. -ish or otherwise...

Only ones semester and a few weeks left until I graduate then have my internship in the summer, and nursing school in the fall. Got a lot ahead of me hoping everything works out!

finals on monday and tuesday. programming class is gonna kill me =( god im so frustrated with that class, i almost wanna cry sometimes and then i gotta do jury durt on dec 17 =( i love christmas , but its hard to look forward to it right now lol

Today I will work until about 5:30 or so, go home and spend time with my pregnant wife and two great children. Once they're ready for bed, I will probably play a little guitar, just got a nice Epiphone Les Paul 56 Goldtop, so I have been excited to play that. My kids (3 and 2) love to play my guitars too. No gym this morning, Wednesday is my one day off each week, back at it tomorrow with 30 minutes of cardio and shoulders.

A couple of things I'd like to share.

1. I am getting ready to head out to McDonalds for my lunch break. This is now the 10th time in a row I will be getting the Ranch BLT sandwich...Crispy, not Grilled. Awesome sandwich especially for McDonalds.

2. I overheard a discussion yesterday regarding Victoria's Secrets Christmas catalogs and it reminded me of a funny incident involving an ex-girlfriend from years ago ( I think it is funny anyway). I was over at her house for a visit and she had just received in the mail a new VS Christmas catalog. I was constantly staring at it and making remarks. I noticed this was ticking her off so it fueled the fire even more and I stepped up the commentary and became more vulgar.

This resulted in her becoming so mad she kicked me out of her house and slammed the door in my face. As I'm standing on the patio bent over in laughter she opens the door and wings the magazine hitting me in the face. She yells "Here! Take the b**ch home with you!"

I kept it in my car for awhile just to tease her. Look at it though. Am I wrong?

That is because you use shoulders everytime you work upper body, but your strategy is interesting. I personally do 3 working sets of each body part 3-5 days per week, depending on schedule.
