Kid question leap pad or vetch tab???

Wanna get our 4 yr old a leap frog pad or a vetch tablet.....anyone have one? Pros and cons? Thanks for the input

We got our 2 1/2 year old a ipad mini for christmas. sure it's more expensive but in the long run a regular tablet could be cheaper. We bought the leappad 2 before returning it though.

Leappads are like 99 then games are 20-30.

He's been using a iPad for a year and I don't think he could adjust back to a leappad.

We are buying our twins the V-tech. The built in camera was the deciding factor for us.

remember the leap pad 1 is 79.99 and leappad 2 is 99.99 and new. That review is probably the 1st one

Bought a Leap pad 1 for Christmas last year. It has alot of program glitzhes., Im sure leap pad 2 probably fixes those. My son loves it though. kept him entertained for many hours this past year. including 10 hour drive each way on vacation this summer...

I got my 4 and 6 year old both a nabi 2. Like an iPad only based more for young children. Love both love them. Comes with a rubber bumper around it for being dropped and dinged. Works great. Price tag is $199.

We also got our daughter an iPad mini - she uses our current one way too much - so I just bought her a smaller one she could just use. Much easier that way.

I figured it could be more useful, plus I can share all the games we have on ours already.

my kids have both...they don't play with either one.

Just get them an Android based tablet and be done with it. Tons of free games and stuff and it gets them used to a real pc...they have them in my sons Pre-K class at school...so they just don't want anything to do with the other stuff after using the real deal.
