Hold or sell

Bought 7 boxes of twinkies when I read that hostess was closing their doors in hopes to flip on eBay. Boxes are now selling for about $15-20 on eBay and was wondering if I should wait it out a little longer, maybe closer to Christmas or sell now? I paid $2.50 per box.

Did Sun buy them today? If not, Bimbo in Mexico is trying. Guessing "Twinkies" or by another name will be on shelves soon

The judge disallowed liquidation. He demands the two sides seek mediation.

Judge asks Hostess to mediate with union - Yahoo! Finance

CEO will give it 24hrs. He says it costs $1 million per day to remain 'open.'

I was looking for Twinkies at a couple places and could only find Cloud Cakes from Little Debbie.

Sell, the demand for Twinkies and there "shortage" is purely manufactured.

The fact is, Twinkies are not going anywhere. Even if hostess liquidates, (which it probably won't looking at the latest info) Twinkies will still exist.

You see, liquidation includes selling the brand, which means some other company will make Twinkies. Even with a long turnaround...there is no reason for Twinkies to be selling at anything more than $2.50, let alone $20 a box. If you can sell them then do it asap, this bubble will burst before before you know it.

Sell - and then wait for the chargeback from PayPal as people realize Twinkies are still going to be made going forward.

You missed the boat - Just eat them at this point. The days of selling these to people that actually thought they were going away are over.
