It's a laptop not labtop (sorry a pet peeve of mine).

The Local Area Connection - Network Cable Unplugged is the connection for your ethernet cable. There should be a separate connection for Wireless Network.

Can any other devices connect to the wireless connection? I would make sure it's not a problem with your router first.

First I would check to make sure your wireless connection is turned on. Most laptops have a button you can push to turn wireless on and off.

Go to Control Panel then Network Connections. Right Click on the Wireless connections and click view available networks. See if you can connect to the connection there.

Try those first and let us know if you were able to connect or not.
