This. I've seen quite a few "they didn't have BDPP so I picked up a box of The Cup" type threads. Who goes from wanting to spend $60 to dropping $500 on stuff they have no idea about?

Others: "Whats the lowest you'll go?" and asking someone who has a tag line like mine exactly the opposite of what it says. Oh, and it's "their" not "thier".

Cons disguised as collectors who collect for social status and not for the enjoyment of collecting.

The words "come strong" on an over priced card that can be had cheaper on ebay.

When someone wraps the toploaders in take to where it takes forever just to get the tape off.

When someone who is a known scammer offers on your cards

When you cant believe its not butter.

When you post something that is already below the ebay recent sales average, and people still lowball you.

When people think the 1/1 they pulled (or bought) is $1,000 and even after showing similar cards selling for waaaaaaaaaay less they still won't come back to reality.

People that ship in PWE without telling you or asking if okay....

People that tape the crap out of the cards/package where I need to spend 20 minutes to get the card.

People that reuse bubble mailers that were cut and when sending it don't fully tape it closed so water (etc) can get in.

People that don't read your post.....

People who are unhappy with the break, especially when the blame the company, even though they get the stated odds in the break. Player selection or not, if you get the stated odds you have no room to complain. Upset, sure, but complain? No.

When people find a single card sale (*search for it*) that is way under the average of the rest of them on ebay and then take %30 off that and that is their offer. No Im sorry, just because one bad listing caused a card to go for $10 when the rest are all $50+ doesnt mean you can lowball me on that already undermarket price.

Anyone have this problem?

When you watch a youtube video and they yell mojo for a base card of Norris Cole

When someone puts scotch tape and not painters tape over the toploader

Someone breaks a box and complains about there $4 Marvin McNutt auto, you knew you were gambling

I hate allowing myself to get worked up over other people's posts on here. I started out fine, but lately I am getting pissed off far more frequently.

It is pretty hard to not let things get to you sometimes. Espically considering we are the minority. I think we handle our own pretty well though. I can always count on you for a witty comeback that makes me giggle.

Ok, I am new to this twitter thing (about 3 months now) and still can't figure how to follow you.

You know what bugs me? When somebody can't say thank you when you help somebody out by sending them some stuff for free.

When people post cards for sale, but state "due to forum rules I'm asking $2,500 for the lot but will piece out collection, go ahead and make offers."

BINGO! Good lord, if I could erase one friggin' term from the vocabulary of this hobby, this would be it. There is no such thing as a... Nevermind. I don't want to start this thread yet again. But if someone happened to put a taser to the nut sack of every hose bag that listed their cards as an ebay 1/1 (that didn't actually have the number "1/1" printed on the card!), I'd be okay with that. Seriously. Can someone please do that?

When people are unresponsive to PMs.

I'm not talking about possibly taking a few days to response - everyone has stuff going on in their lives. I'm talking about those who never respond, yet are doing deals in their threads after I send the messages.

Courtesy and etiquette are a lost art in this hobby despite many upstanding members.
