ebay transaction question

so I took an offer from a seller on ebay for their card. Turns out they are a member here, and we are both willing to do the deal here to avoid him some fees. What is the best way to go about cancelling the transaction on ebay so the seller gets the listing fees back and isn't charged final value listing.

also, while I avoid an NPB strike please
