Two large/xlarge coffees (AM & early PM) - hopefully Dunkin'. If not, SBUX.

A few cups of water thrown in there in between.

Maybe some juice w/ dinner, nothing in particular. Or a softdrink, but I also try to do those as little as possible.

Spirit of choice: Maker's.

In all seriousness, I love OJ. It just gives me an instant headache. OJ, with no pulp, is the bomb diggity though.

Que the haters, but all I drink is Coke. No lie. Coke all day, everyday. I am sure I am absolutely destroying my insides but I really don't care. You only live once, so I am going to eat and drink what I enjoy.

I would estimate that on a slow day I drink the equivalent of 4 20oz bottles of Coke. That's if I am just sitting around the house. I am 5 foot 9 and weigh just shy of 200lbs. I am not fit but certainly not morbidly obese.

You can't go wrong with a good old fashioned sweet tea and lemonade.

I love Milk. Its probably my favorite drink. Assuming I remember to buy it I usually go through 4 or 5 gallons a week. Usually 2%, won't drink Skim, its awful.

I drink a lot of water, but my favorite drink is Juicy Juice Fruit Punch. That stuff is awesome!! When I'm at the bar I either go with Jack and Coke or Bud Light.

Water and one big cup of straight black coffe in the morning.

Anything else is just unneeded calories and will leave you being a fat.

*this all goes out the window when alcohol is involved.

This is funny as I've been following the same path.

I've been drinking "Simply Orange" OJ with Pineapple Juice. More expensive than the Tropicana (who also makes a similar mix but with pulp, blech), but much better tasting.

I try and drink tap water as much as possible. Get minerals the real way. Local water here taste great. Except during spring thaw when it taste a bit musty!! I still drink it.

To those who said they drink Milk with every meal? You actually drink milk with meat or fish? Yuck!
