Artists?

Hey all, was just wondering something about my art.

I know how to use colored pencils (only thing i ever worked with through high school and such). So i was just wondering if any artists around here knew of my good sites to learn how to use different ways of coloring. Example oil pastels and painting. Have had a lot of people round me ask me if i could do drawings in pastels or painting, but never learned how to use them before so not sure how.

Would love to learn to use pastels the most, but painting would come in handy a few times.
So any sites you guys recommend to check out?
