Is it worth $100 more to get the 4s? Opinions..

Also.. iPad/iPad mini worth it? what do you guys think? Would get a 16 gig mini for 329.

I have the 4s and I do not think it's really any better, other than Siri, which is useless.

No, I regret it. I've never once needed to use Siri.

Also if buying a phone. Go to SAMs club. If you have an upgrade there very cheap. Iphone 5 for 150.

Have an ipad 3, had an ipad 2. Only difference is a tiny but of clearer image, or the Siri on it.
