Question about ebay?

eBay told me if I added a 14 day return policy and changed my handling time to 1 day I would get a 20% discount on the final value fee, and I got charged the same fee on both of these.

anyone who gets this discount know why it didn't work?

Go to your seller dashboard, under account management. It and look for the top seller discount section, should say what you are missing. Or check out this link:

If I recall when I was getting the discount, you only see it at the end of the month on your total invoice

^^^ This...you'll see it on your end of month invoice. I think it showed me saving around $200 for the month.
