I shipped an item out about a month ago with delivery conformation. the tracking says it was shipped on the 3rd. The guy now says he never received it. what am I supposed to do ?

Tell the buyer to handle it on his end as you are covered.

If dc shows delivered you will be covered. Just fyi...buyer can still leave feedback though.

Just tell him that the tracking says that it was delivered, and to give it another day or two. Sometimes packages get scanned as delivered but don't actually go out till the next day. There's really nothing he can do. You just have to be nice about it so he doesn't leave a negative feedback.
