If the OP got singled out for not meeting a dress code policy when others did not then so what, life is not always fair.

No one challenges what I wear under my "work attire" when im at work. Are you suggesting that if your employer told you that you are no longer allowed to wear underwear to work and that you must sport a girdle because thats what management say, would you do it? or be like the OP and make a choice?

Such a cop out. Its easier to admit you are biased then to use the argument that life is not fair. Expected an easy out from you.
