Al Bundy is tops and no one else is close. I wouldn't mind having Charlie Harper for a dad either with all the tail he brings home to that Malibu Beach house. The bar in the kitchen is always well stocked which is a bonus and I'd give the crazy bitch a shot when she came in all horned up looking for dad

Forgot about Red and I watch the re-runs all the time. Still no Al Bundy though.

Al Bundy is a great choice, but why no love for Fred Sanford? You know that he loved that Big Dummy Lamont.....

Nobody better say Alan Thicke's character on Growing Pains (whatever his character's name was on the show) or Danny Frickin' Tanner! Two TV dads rule over all other dads.....Al Bundy and Homer Simpson!

I found it hilarious when I discovered that Bob Saget was completely the opposite of his clean-cut character on Full House...lol

I'd have to say Red Foreman & Dan Connor. I would choose Peter Griffin, but I sure wouldn't want to be a member of that family if he's in charge. LMAO...it would be entertaining, though.

I'm sure there would be some reasons you wouldn't mind having him as a father...he's so stupid you could get away with a lot I bet.

Two of my recent favorites would be Hal Wilkerson (Malcolm in the Middle) and Harold Weir (Freaks & Geeks).

Eeeehhww! He is more sickeningly sweet than Bob Saget and Alan Thicke... I will admit that I liked Eight in Enough when I was younger, but the show did not stand the test of time very well.

I can't believe Bambam didn't say Fred Flintsone....

Recently, it's all Gene Simmons on Family Jewels.
