eBay problems ?

Anyone else having ebay problems? I'm trying to list cards and it won't let me remove pictures , browse pictures, edit the listings or anything. Basically I can't list any cards. Anyone know what's going on ?

Last month I could put up free BIN auctions and this month I can't. And I can't find anything about there being a promotion of anything. Thena few days ago I tried listing a BIN in the video games sections and it was free, then the next day it wasn't. Kinda weird
