Another ebay question about over seas shipping

I haven't usually shipped over seas, but with me being able to track over seas purchases I want to change 3,000 or so listings to allow people in countries outside the US to purchase my items. I would also like my listings to have something along the lines of "International shipping is $xxx" Anyone know how this could be done? Thanks for all the help!!
