Stats Search ?

Questions for any of you baseball stats nuts....

My first baseball game was at Wrigley Field...sometime around 1971. I was about 9. Although I loved playing baseball, this was my first game ever.
Have been a huge baseball fan since.

Fergie Jenkins was the starting pitcher and he smashed a home run over center field wall. I have an opportunity to get his autograph at the upcoming TriStar show in Houston.

Does anyone know how to search his career stats to come up with the dates that he hit a home run? I know he did not hit that many, so I believe I could narrow it down if I can find the dates.

Any help would be appreciated.

He hit 6 homers in 71...for home games you've got 9/25 against the Phillies, 9/14 against the Pirates, two homers in a game 9/1 against the Expos, one against the Phillies on 7/16, and one against the Padres on 5/15.

And if you truly mean "around 1971" and not "1971," he hit 1 in 72, 3 in 70, 1 in 69, and 1 in 68. Good luck with your search!
