Agreed Post of the day. Wish we had that emoticon on here. I would be using it for quite a few of my box breaks.

Taco Bell or McDonald's always clears me out. Or,...

Two 12 ounce cans of Mountain Dew is money in the bank.

Took my own advice, even though I didn't need it, and had some spicy Thai for lunch. I now have the bubble guts and can't trust my own gas. Time to go blow up the bathroom at work.

Oh and for those of you wondering, Yes I am married. Sorry ladies, this sexy beast is taken

Go to the cereal aisle at your local grocery store and look for a box of cereal with an elderly person on the box.

You should be good to go in no time once you eat some.

How'd that work for ya? The EPA get called in for Hazmat containment or was it a false alarm?

If you aren't pushing until you can see stars, you aren't pushing hard enough.

First of all, coffee will have the completely opposite effect. It causes atropine-like side effects which actually triggers your body to constrict your sphincter and would worsen your constipation.

Go to the store and you can get laxative candies and metamucil, both of which would help you with it. If all else fails, you could get a sodium based laxative, but unless you want to be within a 20 foot radius of a toilet for a day, don't bother.

I love poop threads.
As mentioned, until you experience discomfort, you're best waiting it out for a couple days. Drink plenty of water and make sure you are up and moving.

Coffee seems to be the magic ingredient for most people. Give that a try and also drink lots of water, you should be good after a bit. Whatever you do, don't do option A. That will lead to a even more serious problem....

Well i waited it out and this morning i can say i'm on my way back to regularity. I have to thank the Texas Roadhouse for making the food that broke everything loose. Although i am surprised on how many have never been constipated.
