Default How long before you file a claim?

I purchased a card on here 11 days ago and have not received it or a response to multiple pm's with the seller.

I am looking for opinions on how long to wait before I file a claim and also any help for doing this?

This is the first time I've had an issue and am unsure of what to do.

Thanks for any help in advance.

If its US to US and you get no response after 10 business days, Id file. As soon as you open up a paypal case Im willing to bet one of 2 things happend..

1. You get a quick response to update whats going on
2. Medical family emergency is the cause to your delay. In which case you proceed with the paypal claim.

Thank you for your quick responses. I don't think I'm gonna post information at this time, I'm hoping Negative Itrader will suffice but maybe I'm wrong.

Thanks again

Before you leave the negative feedback, check and see if this seller has logged into his account in the last 10 days or not.
