save yourself 400 calories, just because you are gonna have 900 calories doesn't mean you need 1300 calories. And yes it makes a difference. say you have 3 a week, thats a pound every 3 weeks, thats almost 18 pounds a year!!!
plus the diabetic people and the sugar and let's be honest, no one likes the diet taste unless they have become use to drinking it, usually for a reason

I don't do that, I usually drink water with everything. I enjoy an occasional trip to McDonald's and I really don't see anything negative coming from it personally. I'm 6' 3" and about 195 so it's not like it's making me gain a bunch of weight.
