Now, I don't know much about scientific studies, but the way they have worded that one sentence sets off alarms in my head because that is a whole lot of work crammed into a single sentence.

What is it saying? That the combination of putting a MMR vaccine, vaccines that have neurotoxin aluminum additives, and Tylenon into your body is going to mess up brain function of a fetus at higher rate compared to not taking all that? Yeah, I would believe that but I doubt that is the full story, for example how does the timing of shots - first trimester vs. third trimester, previous family history, previous health history, dose level, play into it all? I'd like to look at the study myself.

(I have not gotten the flu shot, never have, and probably won't in the future)
Another fun fact... Children under 6 months are not allowed the flu shot. Why are pregnant women when it crosses the placenta? I can tell you from life experience my wife miscarried after the flu shot. There are THOUSANDS of others in the same boat. When you experience things first hand in life you will always have a different opinion of reality. The CDC statistics mean nothing to me considering their relationship with pharmaceutical companies.

Again.. No need for a personal attack in here. Watching my life lose our baby after being mandated a flu shot(weeks after) was a tough experience. I certainly wouldnt wish it on anyone. After speaking with 2 physicians both say they would NOT advise a flu shot until 28 weeks. Everyone is different.

I get mine every year as soon as they are out with the new ones...it's one of those things everyone talks trash about, but if it does it's job you never know it.

I'd rather get one and hope for the best vs. not.

A lot of people say they have the flu when they don't actually have it....only way to know for sure is to get tested for it....if you just get sick for a week and say you have it, you don't really know for sure what you have. many times its something like norovirus instead of the flu.

Either way, i figure after the Military has given me more shots than i can count, a few more wont hurt...much.

1) I never wished you or anyone to lose a child or miscarry
2) "everyone is different" is the lame excuse medical providers and patients use to contradict science. Here is a guideline recommendation from ACOG recommending the flu shot to all pregnant patients regardless of gestational age. Better than 2 random docs you talked to... ACOG - Influenza Vaccination During Pregnancy

Just got my shot today. Kind of pointless at this point but why not.
