12Oz filet mignon, white cheddar cheese macaroni, garlic mashed potatoes, balsamic carrots and broccoli. I love grilling and cooking!

I don't take a whole lot of time to cook, but I typically make a large portion of something on Sundays to last me 4 days of lunches at work during the week (I buy my lunch with co-workers on Fridays).

Just put this in the oven... looks good & smells good, so hoping it tastes good It is basically fajita mix but I will be serving it over brown rice instead of in tortillas.

I work 4:00pm-12:00 am so I am just bringing some snacks, I generally don't eat much when I have to work and then I pig out on my days off.

Lemon-Pepper chicken sauteed in a white wine reduction with spinach, onions, carrots, corn, and kale over a bed of brown rice.

Had Texas Roadhouse tonight. 8 oz Sirloin medium-well. Chili w/cheese. Steamed Broccoli. So good .

Made some homemade whole grain fettucine and Alfredo sauce. Those store bought bottles of sauce are not nearly as yummy!
