nothing I don't eat at work. I did bring an apple and some carrots and other snacks but I will probaly only have water. I hate the 6:00 pm-2:00 am shift

I can relate. Ramen tastes great, but get's tiring if you eat it day in and day out. I've never heard of of putting eggs in the mix. Interesting.

Cereal is another solid meal. Cereal and Ramen are about the only two things I can prepare for myself.
