My life goal is to educate my children enough to keep my daughter off the pole and my son out of the clink.

I will beat my daughter ugly if she takes it to the pole.

She is already old. That's okay though. She is still hot.

If your goal is a just a bit out reach you will give everything you have to get it. In the end you may not reach the goal but you will have done your absolute best. They key isn't to be disappointed if you don't hit your goals it is to know you did everything you could.

The problem with goals is they literally put a cap on your success. If you ever have achieved your goal then you should ask yourself, what more could I have achieved? My best moments are when I look back on something and say "Wow, I can't believe I did it" as opposed to "I knew I could do it".

That all being said, my goal is for my kids to grow up and truly enjoy life and be happy.

- Although I have finished school, I'd like to make sure my skills stay up-to-date (including continually improving my presentation skills, etc.) -- maybe an MBA?
- I have a salary goal for 5 years into career (currently 1.5 years in)
- Meet someone I can become best friends with and marry them (a male best friend before you guys make any jokes )
- Be the best wife I can be, which could mean a lot of things -- I don't know yet!
- Have children and raise them up to be kind and considerate
- Have a nice home... doesn't have to be huge, but neither of my parents ever really took pride in their houses. This means well-kept, clean, inviting. If I ever win the lottery I'd love to buy land and build a home

Thanks for this thread, I would like to see other members' goals. Serious or not
