The biggest issue today is people who put too much emphasis into buying a tv based on criterias that dont even meet requirements. For example, everyone wants a 1080P DH tv. What for? If you have cable at home, you arent getting a digital feed at 1080p most of the time. Its still coming in much less. The only place your really get high def is when you watch a movie. But then the quality is all lost from the HD because you havent callibrated your tv to the room. Its a never ending journey to perfecting something that comes very little from the TV itself lol.

If you're ok with open box items HH Gregg has some great prices store to store. O got this TV, a $200 Samsung 3D bluray player and 2 of the newest Sony 3D glasses for under $1600 after taxes. Can't beat that!

Forget LED and find a retailer with one of the old Pioneer KURO plasma models in stock. They stopped making them several years ago but you won't find any other TV released since that beats it in picture quality.
