Thick cardboard sometimes shipped with cards?

Can someone tell me what the really thick 2.5x3.5 cardboard sometimes used when shipping cards is called? I can't find them anywhere.

They all orginate out of packs. Most use the ones they open. Some buy from the guys who break a lot of product.
