You use the email address you signed up with as what you will receive payments too. So if you purchased something from me, I would send you my email address I used for paypal, then you would log onto paypal and send money to my address.

You give them: e-mail you signed up with (make sure your personal information is correct)
They give you: their e-mail, you click "send money" type it in and leave the "goods" option so you're protected

I have another question to ask (sorry to hijack your thread). I have been using PayPal for quite awhile but I just noticed that my address isn't confirmed. Is this a big deal? How do I confirm it? I have been buying and selling on ebay a lot the last year and a half or so.

I have two emails that I can receive payments with.

both are connected to the same paypal account. You can choose what email account you want to receive payments from under the account settings and address information under Paypal.

Also - keep in mind the fact that transfers from a bank account (when you add funds to your PayPal account) take between 3 and 5 days. Just something to remember in case you plan on using the PayPal funds within a certain time frame.
