Default What pets do you have?

Another thread I showed my dog and was wondering what pets you have?

Heres my main girl, she turned 3 (21) on the same day I turned 21 which I thought was cool.

American Pitbull Terrier.

She is the strongest dog I have ever been around. She literally has a six pack.

Nice. Did you guys get wasted together?

We have an almost 2.5 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel - name is Tobo. He is awesome. He is 13/14 pounds. A bit smaller than my old Labrador/Newfoundland mix I had while growing up!

Dozer - our all white English bulldog that passed away last year. This dog was probably the best dog I had ever owned.

Sleeping on my brother in law.

Thanks, Dan!

My condolences to your Dozer. I have always wanted any kind of bulldog - maybe a companion for Cammie someday...

Here's a couple more:

Such a baby (about 5 month old):

Well - you live in VT, so may I assume you ski? I mean, there is your solution. Skiing, trouble, lost, can't get out --- that dog'll be right there to help you survive. Case closed.

Pit, she turns 7 in April which is stunning to me. By far the most loving and most well behaved dog I have ever owned. Pretty rare to see this exact color on a pit also, she is gorgeous in person.

Just a wee little thing here.. lol

I feel your pain. Our family dog, Eddie, passed away in January. I cried, and I'm not ashamed to admit it.

Dogs are just too awesome. Which is why I now own a bearded dragon.

Here's one for you.

My family and I made the difficult decision that it was best to put my old Lab to sleep. He was an outside dog - loved to roam around our island, through the woods, etc. That was his thing. He was 16 at the time, had become arthritic, couldn't walk real well, plus had some other stuff doing on. We didn't want him going through the icy woods and falling and us not knowing what had happened. We felt the risk of his well-being was too much.

It was my 21st birthday (I kid you not). Father and I brought him to the vet. Sat with him on the floor. They shaved his front leg. Gave him the injection and I just held him til he was asleep. Father and I balled like babies. Probably the hardest thing I've ever been through. Easily.

Dogs are one of the best things on the earth - I mean that.
